Two 16-year-old boys were stabbed in Laurelhurst Park Saturday night after a disturbance with a group of juveniles. Portland police said the stabbing happened on the north side of the park near SE Ankeny Street and Laurelhurst Place around 7:15 p.m.

A man was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries early Friday morning after a serious crash on Interstate 84 in east Portland. Just after midnight, police responded to a reported single vehicle crash on eastbound Interstate 84 near Exit 9.
Police arrested a 29-year-old Milwaukie man Wednesday after they said he led them on a pursuit in a stolen vehicle. According to Oregon State Police, at about 3:50 p.m. officers with the Oregon City Police Department tried to pull over a 2017 Audi SUV after they said it went through a red light and had a license plate from a different car.
Police say a suspect they arrested in a case of hit and run in Portland over the weekend is also suspected in a triple murder case in another state. Deaundrey Cole, 34, was Sunday evening after officers responded to the scene at Southeast 57th Avenue and Foster Road where a woman had called 911 saying she had been involved in a hit and run and that the other driver had displayed a gun.

A Newberg man accused of making videos of himself orally sodomizing a child was booked into the Yamhill County Jail Wednesday on 18 charges. Police say Kaleb Hendricks-Villarreal, 23, made the videos between Sept. 23, 2016 and April 4, 2017.
Two firefighters with Portland Fire & Rescue suffered minor injuries Saturday morning when a burning house collapsed onto them. The firefighters responded at 5:19 a.m. to a two-alarm fire at a home near Southeast 89th and Division Street. Upon their arrival, flames were shooting out of the front of the house and its garage.
Firefighters are investigating a two-alarm house fire in Southeast Portland. Crews rushed to Southeast 89th and Division at about 5:20 a.m. Saturday morning and found flames coming from the front of the house and the garage. According to Portland Fire and Rescue, part of the home collapsed and two firefighters were hurt. They were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

A 38-year-old woman is charged with two counts of first-degree arson after causing a fire at a well-known dim sum restaurant in Chinatown. Rachel Hammer appeared in Multnomah County Circuit Court on Thursday after being arrested by police on Wednesday.
Fire damaged a vacant house for the second time in a year. Crews responded to a reported fire in the 7900 block of SE Crystal Springs Blvd around 5 a.m. Neighbors told officials that the home was vacant but there were possibly squatters inside.

Law enforcement surrounded an airport hotel early Friday morning looking for two fugitives. A spokesperson for the Clark County Sheriff’s Office Tactical Detective Unit said the investigation started on Christmas Eve when two people burglarized a home in the Hockinson neighborhood on 119th Northeast. The suspects stole firearms and then set the house on fire.

Police are searching for two suspects after they robbed Roll Your Own at gunpoint Tuesday night. Officers responded to the report of an armed robbery at the store, located at 15801 Southeast Division Street, at 8:39 p.m.
A pedestrian was found dead on Hwy 26 in Sandy after police said the person was struck by a car. Police said Hwy 26 is closed at this time and is expected to be closed for several hours. Traffic is being diverted around the closure on Southeast Vista Loop Drive. The name of the person won’t be released until family is notified.

Prineville Police Chief Dale Cummins says 38-year-old Nicholas Ricks of Bend suffered multiple gunshot wounds in the early Monday shooting at the Crossroads BBQ Pit & Pub in downtown Prineville.
A teen in Sherwood shot himself in the head with a handgun early Monday morning, and witnesses told police he had been playing Russian roulette. Police were called just before 4 a.m. to the report of a self-inflicted gunshot wound at a home in the 23000 block of Main Street, according to Sherwood police Capt. Ty Hanlon.

A 35-year-old man who detonated an explosive device near a Medford shopping area has been sentenced to five years in prison. The Mail Tribune reports that Justin William Keaton received the sentence Friday in Jackson County Court.
Police responded to the report of an armed robbery at Tobacco Town at 4860 Southeast 82nd Avenue Saturday morning. Officers spoke to an employee who said that the suspect entered the store armed with a knife and demanded money.
