#PortlandProtests Night 89: A riot was declared outside City Hall in downtown Portland after windows were broken and fires were set overnight. 23 adults were arrested and two juveniles were detained
Looks like a driver crashed their car into a tree in middle divider at Powell & Elliot. Car has been towed, left eastbound lane of Powell BLOCKED for tree removal.
PortlandPolice declared a riot in Portland for a 5th night in a row. 23 people were arrested and 2 juveniles were detained. This comes as people broke into city hall during the riot.

Crowd dispersed from City Hall by officers to the north on SW 4th, plus west and east on SW Jefferson. The only option left is south

Portland Police intercepted protesters again and declared a riot. Smoke cannisters were deployed to disperse crowds.

A hard push, lots of gas and a number of arrests. Some residents came outside to cuss the policemen out for gassing them in their homes. Police seem to be targeting streamers without clear press markings. The police are standing in the alley by the PPA, pointing guns at people

Demonstration in front of PPA building was quiet until law enforcement declared a riot just after 10pm. Law enforcement then deployed tear gas and made several arrests. Protesters moved back several blocks & have regrouped across the street from the PPA building
