A woman was killed and five other people were wounded in a shooting Saturday night in Portland. Police say the status of the wounded is unknown. The shooting happened after demonstrators gathered at Normandale Park for a march seeking justice for Amir Locke
2 year agoTwo people at the scene said that their friend was killed in the shooting. A neighbor reported seeing at least 4 people injured.

According to the criminal complaint, police were called to a park and ride in Howard for a dead dog hanging in a tree
